First Southern Van Lines is operated by MAESTRO MOVING & STORAGE LLC ("we" or "us"). This policy describes the information handled through this website, our moving enquiry process and your private move area.

Planning and saving your move

You can build an inventory and review the planner before sharing contact details. The planner calculates in your browser and may fetch current company pricing configuration. A draft of your move details is saved in this browser tab's session storage so a refresh can restore it. Contact fields are not included in that saved planner draft.

When you choose to send a move plan, we receive the contact details, addresses, requested dates, inventory, measurements, packing, access, storage and notes you entered. We save these in our customer-management system to review the scope, prepare and revise an estimate, communicate with you and document the move. Sending a plan does not book a move.

Your submission also includes the page and approved service-intent context, campaign/referral identifiers when present, and a bounded record of on-site planning steps. This information helps our team understand the enquiry you chose to send. The version attached to your enquiry is held locally until that submission. Optional Google measurement is described below.

Your private move area

Your private link gives access to the move record, estimate versions, change requests, messages and any available approval process. Anyone with that link may be able to access your move: keep it private. The browser keeps the access key in this tab's session storage. "Forget this move" removes that tab's stored access; it does not delete the company record.

Private move pages are excluded from search indexing and do not load our Google Analytics tags or Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. We do not include the private access key in analytics events. Requests for changes, messages and approvals are saved when you choose to send them.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads on public pages only after you allow it in the measurement banner. It measures page use and planning actions, including a lead event after our server confirms a saved move plan. Declining keeps our Google Analytics code off. Your choice is stored in this browser's local storage. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies when allowed; advertising storage and personalization remain denied by our consent settings.

We do not intentionally include your name, email address, phone number, street addresses, free-text notes, full inventory or private access key in Google measurement events. Browser and page information may be processed by Google when this optional measurement is enabled.

Cloudflare and technical information

Cloudflare serves and protects this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics separately loads on public pages to provide aggregate page-use and performance statistics; it operates independently of the optional Google Analytics choice. It is excluded from the private move area. Our hosting and security infrastructure may also keep technical logs such as IP address, requested page, browser information and time of access for security and operations.

Contact, service and sharing

If you call, text or email, we receive the information you share. We use enquiry and move information to respond, arrange a survey, prepare your estimate and perform and document the move. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Service and infrastructure providers may process it for these purposes; we may also share information needed to perform the move or meet a legal requirement.

Text messages and your consent

Our text-message sign-up collects your name, mobile number, and your active selection of the SMS checkbox. We record the time, consent wording and version, and sign-up page with your request in our customer-management system. This authorizes customer-care text messages only; it does not authorize a phone or email callback. Other website enquiry forms do not sign you up for texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Permission for First Southern Van Lines does not enroll you in another brand’s messages. We do not sell this information.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and moving records for business operations and applicable recordkeeping requirements. To ask what we hold, request a correction or request deletion of information we are not required to retain, call (888) 309-3082. Browser storage can be cleared through your browser settings. Clearing it may remove a local draft, consent choice or private-area access on this device.

Changes

We update this policy when the website's collection or measurement behavior changes, and change the date above.
